We can provide a 2, 4 or 8 response time which can be extended to cover 24x7x365. Our helpdesk is manned 24x7x365 and this means we are able to log faults, offer guidance and resolve problems all year round. MTG has staff based out of Forres, in close proximity to Inverness, Elgin and the wider Moray region.
As part of the service, we also liaise with all of your key suppliers including ISP, telecoms and software companies. We support desktops, laptops, servers, tablets devices and full business networks. Cloud is a big part of our business, with a team of experts in Office 365, Sharepoint, Azure and AWS.
